How to place an order

Simply browse our catalogue for the desired categories & product(s), add the product using the Add To Cart buttons and alter the quantities as required. You can then either proceed to the checkout or continue shopping to purchase more items.

When you are ready to checkout, click on the 'Checkout' at the top of the screen.
You must either Login to your Account or Register a new account before you will be able to checkout. After logging in, select your delivery address & payment option.

When you successfully place an online order with us, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please use the order number when contacting about a specific order.
If you have paid by PayPal you will also receive a Paypal receipt which is confirmation that your credit/debit card has been charged.

By placing an order you agree to all terms and conditions.

Register an Account

You must register an account to purchase from this site. Once logged in you will be able to view Previous orders, receive our newsletter and speed up the whole order process.

Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers will be able to purchase from us at exclusive wholesale rates with massive discounts. Wholesale customers can register but your wholesale account will not be active and wholesale pricing will not be shown until we have set the account up as a wholesale customer. Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
Cheque – (must clear before despatch), payable to A McIlhatton T/A OR Paypal.
Reservation of title
All goods remain the property of Mill House Crafts until full payment is received
Backorders
We strive to keep all items fully stocked, however, stock-outs do happen. We do not automatically backorder out-of-stock items. If you wish to place a backorder for any specific items, please email us on millhousecrafts@btinternet.com

Returns

Returns or discrepancies with your order must be reported with five (5) working days after receiving shipment. No returns will be accepted without authorisation.
